I went with another cleaning service today, only because they promised big discounts and that it would dry quicker (I have a dog that is sick and I couldn't leave him outside for very long) anyway, they did an awful job and I was so ripped off. We have a great deal of hard wood floors and I was concerned about having our area wool rugs cleaned on the hardwood. Eric explained in advance how he cleans them using steam. I can't begin to say how thankful I am to Eric and Bo. I was unaware that my toilet overflowed, flooding one side of my house, and frantically I reached for the phonebook and called the first emergency extraction company I saw. Luckily it was O'Bryan's. Not only did Eric respond quickly, but his professionalism and courtesy eased my fears. He did a great job cleaning up the mess and drying everything out before more damage was done. I was very embarrassed when I had to place another call to Eric 4 days later, saying "Hey, remember me." Eric and Bo put aside their Friday night plans and once again came to my rescue. Just had O'Bryan's come clean my carpets today. This is the third time we've had them come. The first time I called them to come remove a red ink stain. I didn't think there was any hope of getting it out. Once they finished, you never would've known the stain was there. They've also cleaned my entire house carpets, and they look brand new. My husband couldn't believe they could get that clean again. My carpets look and feel amazing! – Michelle

I had a major water damage incident at my home a few weeks ago and I immediately called O'Bryan's. Eric and the crew were there within an hour and they were the reason I saved all my downstairs sheetrock. They pulled out over 1,000 square foot of wood flooring and made sure EVERYTHING was dry before I started reconstruction. Wow! Our carpets and tile looks great! I have had the tile cleaned by a national company that said the only way to get the grout clean was to stain it. You cleaned the grout and it looks brand new! I am amazed what a difference it made. – Dawn
